How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship? We currently ship across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Is the mask suitable for all skin types? Our collagen masks are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, we recommend reviewing the ingredients and doing a small patch test before first use.
How often should I use it? For best results, most people use the mask 2–3 times per week. It fits easily into your existing routine.
How do I use the mask? Apply to clean, dry skin, leave on for the recommended time, then remove and gently pat in any remaining essence. Full instructions are included with your order.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel, email us at xebycontact@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy? You can return unopened items within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned unless faulty. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details.
