Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Estimated UK delivery time is 7–12 business days from dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees; delivery can occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, peak periods).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

International fulfilment, customs & import charges

Some of our products are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners. For UK orders, any applicable VAT is included at checkout where required. For orders that may be subject to additional import duties or charges, the recipient is responsible for these; we recommend checking your local rules before ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels
