Returns

We want you to love your XEBY products. If you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, email us at xebycontact@gmail.com with your order number. Once we've acknowledged your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Hygiene exemption

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty. This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and protects all of our customers.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge (we do not refund any upgraded/express delivery charges).
